02 Method and procedure

The management system contributes to the quality of the service.

We combine constant commitment, flexibility and reliability to offer a functional service. Responding to market demands and meeting the specific customers’ needs requires an accurate knowledge of the sector, a specialized experience.

In the pre-sale phase, the internal technical office provides customers with drawings, technical sheets and the best skills in the design phase. In the after-sale phase we procure any spare parts and we guarantee the consulting service for replacements and repairs.

The great availability of goods in stocks allows us to process orders and provides products Made in Italy in the shortest possible time, regardless of the area of expertise. The qualified and widespread sales network distributes the products all over the world.

We protect the safety of food that comes into contact with the items we produce and market. We follow the EU and national regulations relating the Food sector (M.O.C.A. system). Our welding process is WPS Operational certified (Welding Procedured Specification). 3.1 certificate certifies the traceability of the materials used.

We allocate 50% of our production to custom-made items. The technical department follows personally and carefully the non-standard requests of our customers. We also rely on advanced professionals and external laboratories to offer an ever better service and deepen any specific requests relating to a constantly updated legislation.
